Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love what you purchased. If not, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
• Items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective

Return Process:

1. info@sunflowerden.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and instructions.
2. Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges:
If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement free of charge.

1、DIY Collection

·  Please place cream glue and mosaic DIY crafts in a cool, shaded area after finishing, and wait until they are completely dry before use.

·  Not edible – Keep out of mouth.

·  Choking hazard – Small parts included. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.

·  Children under 6 should use under adult supervision.

·  Wash hands thoroughly after crafting.

·  Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.

·  For indoor use only. Avoid exposure to high temperatures or direct sunlight before drying.

·  Keep out of reach of pets.

·  Not dishwasher safe. Avoid soaking. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

2、Woven Grass Collection
· Keep away from damp or direct sunlight.
· Not washable. Gently dust with a dry cloth.
· Avoid heavy pressure or sharp objects.

3、Woven Cotton Series
Washing Instructions:
• Wash gently. Avoid vigorous rubbing or wringing.
• Do not soak for long periods or use hot water.
• Place in a laundry bag to prevent deformation.
• For oil stains, pre-treat with mild detergent and rub gently.

• Machine wash below 30°C
• Do not bleach
• Hang to dry in shade
• Iron at low temperature (below 110°C)
• Dry clean allowed
